My Story

Dr. William E. Arnold, Jr., is a seasoned administrative leader with over 20 years of experience in mid- and large-scale higher education, public service, and community-based organizations, particularly in the areas of compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has significant experience in grant management and administration. He is adept at identifying organizational and departmental gaps to support and increase culture change, organizational development, and process improvement.

In 2013, Dr. Arnold was wrongfully convicted and in 2020 his case was overturned, his conviction vacated, and all charges dismissed. This life experience birthed a renewed sense of calling to assist justice involved people equipped to reenter society.
 

Today, he serves as a leading practitioner in the reentry field, particularly in the area of training, strategic planning and criminal justice reform.
